Service panel (Main window)

Refresh button
Perform a smart refresh based on the active page. Since lists do not get cleared, this update is very fast. Note: If AutoRefresh EventLog option is not checked Event Log panel is not updated unless is active.
Console button
Toggle botton. When pressed the Console is shown, when depressed the Console is hidden.
Service Control buttons
Using this buttons you can Start/Restart/Pause/Stop the selected service. These butons are context sensitive (they are enabled only when the selected service supports that action).
Service Start Type buttons
Using this buttons you can change the Start Type the selected service. These butons are context sensitive (they are enabled only when the selected service supports that Start Type).
Speed features
These buttons may save some of your time since they each perform two operations at a single click. 'man & stop' will put the Service Start Type on Manual and then Stop the service. 'auto & start' will put the Service Start Type on Automatic and then Start the service.
Service counters
This label displays the current filtered services / the total number of services installed (including Driver Services).
Service panel filter
You can filter the kind of services you want listed in the service panel See Service Types.
Descriptions
Displays Service description + additional descriptions. Additional descriptions are kept in a extradescX.ini file in < ServConf path>\descriptions, where X stands for current OS version (extradesc.ini is the default file and is used if the NT OS version cannot be determined).
- Dependencies/Dependents panel
The content of this panel depends on which of the radio buttons placed above it is down. This panel can show either the dependencies of the selected service or its dependents.

Group box
If the service belongs to a load ordering group you can see that in here.
Executable/Path box
Points to the Service executable, if available.

Load Ordering Group
The order number of the selected load ordering group.
Event Log panel (Main window)

Event counter
Shows the number of displayed events.
Event Log filter
For now only Application, Security and System sections of the Event Log are accessible. The forth option displays all events from these sections and it's useful for an overview status of you're computer.
Event details
Self explanatory: the selected event details. (No data available yet for Events. Planned for a future version.)
Event source
This shows the source of the selected event.
